The total duration of the Deep Relaxation Package is approximately 2 hours. You don’t need to bring anything with you; our services include everything you need, from towels to cosmetics and refreshments.

The package begins with a 25-minute Neurosonic session, followed by a 60-minute float. The remaining time is reserved for you to listen to our guidance, shower before and after your float, and change at your own pace.

After floating, you’ll have access to our beautifying station with hair dryers and high-quality, Finnish Taiga Cosmetics natural skincare products. You’ll also be served a warm drink of your choice at the end of your visit. In our cozy lounge, light snacks and a variety of reading materials are available, or you can simply relax in peace. 

When you arrive, you can select a warm beverage from our menu, which will be served to you at the end of your visit. Our cozy lounge also offers light snacks and a variety of reading materials. Alternatively, you can simply relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. We recommend not scheduling anything urgent right after your session, so you can fully enjoy the lingering sense of deep relaxation.

The sensory-deprivation environment of a floatation tank is a completely novel experience, as is the Neurosonic low-frequency vibration therapy, which is unlike anything you can experience elsewhere.

Like any new experience, Neurosonic and floatation therapy may require some getting used to. For some, Neurosonic and floatation therapy provide a "perfectly" relaxing and pleasant experience right away, while for others, the process of adjusting might take a little longer.

We don’t claim that Neurosonic and floatation are the best things for everyone (though they are for most!), but we recommend the three-session introductory package as we find it provides enough sessions to familiarize you with these new environments. As with any new practice, Neurosonic and floatation benefit from repetition, allowing you to draw more from the methods and their advantages. Though every session is unique, navigating an experience is often easier the second or third time around.

Since we believe multiple sessions maximize the benefits, we’ve priced our three-session introductory package to make it more affordable per visit than purchasing single sessions.
